Maxxus Alpine 3-Person Far-Infrared Sauna, Canadian Hemlock
Authorized Dealer
Full manufacturer warranty
At 61 inches wide, the Alpine seats three across without demanding a whole room to do it. Its dual-tech heat setup pairs carbon panels for broad, even warmth with ceramic emitters for concentrated output, so the bench stays comfortable end to end even with the family in it. Built in natural Canadian hemlock, it runs on a standard 120V outlet with a 20A dedicated circuit and clasps together in about an hour, no hardwiring or contractor visit.
Why far-infrared, and why this pairing
Far-infrared warms your body directly rather than superheating the air past 180F the way a traditional steam room does, so the Alpine holds a comfortable range up to 140F that most people find far easier to sit in day after day. What sets this cabin apart is the dual-tech array: carbon panels lay down wide, low-intensity warmth across your back and legs while ceramic emitters add a hotter, more focused heat, and the whole system is engineered to keep electromagnetic output in the Low EMF tier.
What a daily session looks like
- A shared wind-down where two or three of you sweat and de-stress together after a long day, without taking turns.
- Post-workout warmth for sore muscles, with chromotherapy lighting set to a calming color while you recover.
- A relaxed evening ritual with Bluetooth-ready audio playing through the aux connection, the tempered glass door keeping the heat in.
Built for real life
- Best for: Households of three who want room to share a session without giving up a spare bedroom to it.
- Included: Chromotherapy lighting, Bluetooth-ready audio with aux connection, and a tempered glass door.
Where it sits in the line: If you want more shoulder room and a slightly deeper cabin, step up to the Maxxus K406 3-Person Far-Infrared Sauna at 74 inches wide.

Common questions about this sauna
Will this sauna fit through my doorway and into my room?
It does not arrive as one finished cabin. It ships flat and assembles on site, so what has to clear your doorways and stairs are the individual panels, not the full assembled cabin. Set up, it stands 61 by 41.3 by 75 inches (width by depth by height).
Measure your narrowest doorway, hallway turn, and stairwell, then use our Will It Fit tool to place it in your room to the inch. If an entry looks tight, send us the measurements and we will confirm the fit before you order.
What outlet or wiring does it need?
It runs on 120V / 20A dedicated circuit.
It uses standard 120V household current rather than a 240V hookup, so there is no heavy wiring involved. If it calls for a dedicated circuit that your space does not already have, an electrician can add one; otherwise it plugs in and runs.
Is assembly difficult, and how long does it take?
2 people, 60 to 90 minutes. Clasp-together assembly.
The sections arrive pre built and ready to join, so you are connecting finished panels rather than building from raw lumber. No specialist trade is needed beyond any electrical hookup noted above.
Is this a low EMF sauna?
Yes. Maxxus Saunas rates this cabin as Low EMF.
EMF is the low frequency field that surrounds any electric heater. This model uses carbon panels that spread warmth across a wide surface instead of concentrating it, which is how it holds a Low EMF rating.
Can it go outside?
This model is built for indoor use. Its construction is not rated for open weather exposure, so plan for a garage, basement, spare room, or a fully covered porch rather than an open yard.
If you want a sauna for an uncovered outdoor spot, ask us about our outdoor rated cabins.
How is it delivered, and how long does it take?
It ships free by curbside freight. Free curbside freight delivery to your driveway. Typical lead time 10 to 20 business days. AK, HI, and Canada quoted separately.
Your carrier calls ahead to schedule a drop off window and leaves it at the end of your driveway, so plan to have a hand available to move it inside.
Are you an authorized dealer, and what warranty comes with it?
Yes. PureHeat is an authorized Maxxus Saunas dealer, so this is a genuine unit that carries its full Maxxus Saunas factory warranty (5 years on heating elements and electronics, 1 year on the wood structure and radio), honored directly by the manufacturer. Register it within 60 days of delivery at the manufacturer registration form to activate coverage.
That matters on a purchase this size. Units from unauthorized gray market sellers often arrive with the factory warranty voided, which can leave you without support if a part ever fails.
