Full Factory Warranty on Every Sauna
Every sauna we sell includes the manufacturer's full residential warranty. We handle the claims process for you so you never deal with a manufacturer call center.
Standard residential warranty
All saunas sold by PureHeat carry the original manufacturer's residential warranty. Coverage varies by brand and model, but typical coverage includes:
- Wood structure: 5 to 7 years against defects
- Heaters and electrical components: 1 to 5 years
- Controls and accessories: 1 year
- Premium models: lifetime limited warranty on cabin structure
How PureHeat handles your warranty
If something goes wrong, you contact us, not the manufacturer. We open the claim, ship the replacement part, and coordinate any in-home service that's required. You shouldn't have to navigate a manufacturer's customer service line for a product you bought from us.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Failed heaters, controls, lighting, and electronics under normal residential use
- Wood cracks beyond normal seasoning (small surface checks are normal and not covered)
What's not covered
- Commercial use (separate commercial warranty available, ask us)
- Damage from improper installation or unauthorized modifications
- Cosmetic blemishes that don't affect function
- Damage from neglect, abuse, or water exposure outside intended use
Warranty registration
We register your warranty automatically when your sauna ships. You'll receive a confirmation email with your warranty coverage details and our 24/7 support line for warranty claims.
