Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

Every sauna ships freight, fully insured, to the contiguous 48 United States at no cost to you. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are available on quote, contact us before ordering.

Lead times

  • Indoor saunas and cold plunges: typically 10 to 20 business days.
  • Outdoor and PureTech models: typically 10 to 20 business days.

Curbside delivery

Standard freight is curbside delivery. The driver brings the freight to the end of your driveway or the nearest accessible curb. You are responsible for moving the sauna from the curb into your home or yard.

Before ordering, confirm that the delivery address is accessible. We cannot deliver down dirt roads, narrow lanes, or dead-end streets without prior notice. If access is restricted, notify us at checkout or email support@pureheatsaunas.store before the freight is booked.

Inspect every carton

Inspect every carton before signing the delivery receipt. If you see any visible damage, refuse the freight and call PureHeat Home Saunas immediately at 719-412-7967. If you accept the delivery, note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

Hidden damage

Concealed damage inside the cartons must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and the freight tracking number to support@pureheatsaunas.store. Damage claims filed after 48 hours may be denied by the freight carrier. PureHeat Home Saunas coordinates all freight claims with the manufacturer on your behalf, you do not need to contact the manufacturer directly.

Address changes, redelivery, storage

  • Change of address, same city and freight terminal: $85.
  • Change of address, different city or freight terminal: $150 and up.
  • Second delivery attempt: $95.
  • Third delivery attempt: $150.
  • Storage at destination terminal after the third day: $125 per day.
