Warranty terms, install standards, and after-sale support matter to us as much as the sale.

We are a fully authorized dealer of Golden Designs Inc, the manufacturer behind Maxxus, Dynamic, Golden Designs infrared and traditional saunas, PureTech hybrids, and Cold Therapy plunges. That is our lineup, sourced direct from the factory with the complete manufacturer warranty. Nothing pending, nothing we can't stand behind.
Six lines we won't cross
Curating a sauna lineup means saying no, to brands, to tactics, to easy revenue. These are the six rules we hold ourselves to so you don't have to guess what's behind a price tag.
- Fake urgency. No countdown timers, no fake stock counters, no "3 people are viewing this." If we're running a real promo, we say so plainly.
- Bait-and-switch pricing. The price you see is the price you pay. Free freight to the contiguous US is included on every unit, not a checkout add-on.
- Reselling mystery brands. Every brand we carry has been used or hands-on tested by the owner. No mystery imports, no anonymous marketplace brands.
- Pushing the highest-margin model. The goal is to fit you with the right sauna, not the most expensive one. If a lower-priced unit fits your space and use, that is what we will recommend.
- Selling what we can't service. If a manufacturer can't support a unit five years from now, we don't carry it, no matter the margin.
- Hiding who builds the sauna. Every product page names the manufacturer, links to their specs, and lists the factory warranty terms. No private-label tricks.
