Affirm runs a quick eligibility check, a soft inquiry that does not affect your credit score, and shows you the terms you qualify for: your APR, your term length, and your monthly payment. If they work for you, confirm, and pay the same fixed amount each month until it is paid off. There is nothing to negotiate with us. Affirm sets your terms directly.

- Rates run from 0% to 36% APR, set by Affirm based on your creditworthiness and the eligibility check
- Terms are commonly 3, 6, or 12 months, with longer options on larger purchases
- A down payment may be required depending on the purchase and your profile
- 0% promotional financing exists, but only for qualifying customers on qualifying terms. It is not offered to everyone
- Affirm never charges late fees or hidden fees, and the interest never compounds
