  • PureHeat Home Saunas reserves the right to cancel any reservation if dealer authorization is not finalized, if the manufacturer discontinues the product, or if the listed price was incorrect.

  • Reservation customers will be notified by email before any payment is collected or order is processed.

3.4 Product Descriptions and Images

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, dimensions, and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Product specifications, weights, and dimensions are provided by the manufacturer and may vary slightly from the actual product.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

4. Orders and Payment

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Shipping terms, costs, and delivery timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. PureHeat Home Saunas is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Saunas are large, heavy items that ship via freight carrier. The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information

  • Inspecting all packages at the time of delivery

  • Noting any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing

  • Ensuring the delivery address can accommodate freight delivery (truck access, etc.)

Failure to inspect and document damage at the time of delivery may limit your ability to claim damage with the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy.

7. Product Use and Safety

Saunas are powered electrical appliances that generate high heat. By purchasing from PureHeat Home Saunas, you acknowledge that:

  • You will install and operate the product in accordance with manufacturer instructions.

  • You will follow all electrical, building, and safety codes applicable to your location.

  • You will consult a licensed electrician for any sauna requiring 240V or hardwired installation.

  • You will consult a medical professional before sauna use if you are pregnant, have heart conditions, low or high blood pressure, diabetes, or any other medical condition.

  • PureHeat Home Saunas is not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper installation, improper use, or use contrary to manufacturer instructions.

8. Warranty

Products sold on this site carry the manufacturer's warranty. PureHeat Home Saunas does not provide a separate warranty beyond the manufacturer's warranty unless explicitly stated. Warranty claims should be directed to support@pureheatsaunas.store, and we will assist in coordinating with the manufacturer.

9. Intellectual Property

This site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PureHeat Home Saunas and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Product images and specifications used on this site may be licensed from or provided by the product manufacturer.
