Free freight shipping

Standard freight shipping is included on every sauna at no additional cost within the continental United States. We do not nickel-and-dime our customers with delivery surcharges, fuel fees, or handling fees.

Order processing

• 1-2 business days: Order confirmation and supplier verification
• 3-7 business days: Final inspection and crating
• 7-21 business days: In-transit to your address (varies by region)

What is curbside freight delivery?

Saunas ship via specialized freight carriers because of their size and weight. The driver will deliver the crated sauna to the end of your driveway or the curb in front of your home. You are responsible for moving it from there to its final location. Most buyers arrange 1-2 friends or hire a local mover for $100-$200 to assist on delivery day.

Liftgate service available on request

If you don't have a way to unload a heavy crate from a flatbed truck, we can arrange a liftgate (a hydraulic platform that lowers your sauna to ground level). This is included free on most orders, just request it at checkout or by email.

Delivery scheduling

The freight carrier will call you 24-48 hours before delivery to schedule a 4-hour window. Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the delivery and inspect the crate for damage.

Inspect on arrival, this matters

Always inspect the crate for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. If you see crushed corners, holes, or moisture damage, note it on the bill of lading before signing. This protects your right to a free replacement under our shipping damage policy.

Alaska, Hawaii, and international

Shipping outside the continental US is available but quoted case-by-case. Email support@pureheatsaunas.store with your address and the model you want and we'll send a freight quote within 1 business day.
