Shipping & Delivery
The short version
Free freight
Included on every sauna to the continental US. No surcharges, fuel, or handling fees.
10 to 20 days
Typical time from order to delivery. It varies with your distance from the warehouse.
Curbside
The driver brings it to your curb or driveway. You move it from there.
You inspect
Check the crate before you sign. That is what protects your free-replacement rights.
How the timeline works
Most orders arrive within 10 to 20 business days. That is a day or two to confirm your order and verify stock with the builder, a few days for final inspection and crating, then freight transit, which depends on how far you are from the warehouse. If a model is out of stock or built to order, we tell you before you pay, not after.
What curbside freight means
Saunas are heavy and ship on a pallet, so they travel by freight carrier, not a parcel van. The driver delivers the crated sauna to your curb or the end of your driveway and unloads it there. Getting it the rest of the way to its final spot is on you. The driver will not bring it indoors, carry it up steps, or unload it with a powered lift, and we would rather say that plainly than quietly tack it on later. Most buyers line up one or two helpers, or hire a local mover for about $100 to $200, for delivery day.

What happens on delivery day
The carrier calls to schedule
24 to 48 hours ahead, Monday to Friday, within a 4-hour window. They will not deliver without reaching you first.
Someone 18 or older is there to receive it
Your sauna arrives on a full-size semi with one driver, in 1 to 3 boxes strapped to a pallet and sized to fit through a standard door.
Inspect before you sign
Note any minor scuffs or dents on the receipt and accept the delivery. Refuse only for major damage, like a puncture into the wood, and call us right away at 719-412-7967.
Tell us about tricky access first
A long driveway, gravel road, low branches, or a tight turn are all workable if we know before we ship.
Inspect the crate before you sign
This is the one step that matters most. If you see crushed corners, holes, or moisture damage, write it on the bill of lading before you sign. That note is what protects your right to a free replacement.
