Authorized Retailer
PureHeat Saunas, LLC is an authorized independent retailer of Golden Designs Inc. (GDI). We hold a current dealer account in good standing, source every sauna directly from the manufacturer, and pass the full GDI factory warranty through to our customers at no additional cost.
What "Authorized Dealer" means
Authorized dealer status is granted by Golden Designs to retailers who meet specific requirements:
- Registered US business entity with verifiable EIN and state filings
- Direct purchasing relationship with the GDI factory and approved logistics network
- Commitment to MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) and brand presentation standards
- Customer service infrastructure for pre-sale, delivery coordination, and post-sale warranty support
This is not a marketplace relationship. We do not buy units from third-party sellers, gray-market importers, or unauthorized liquidators. Every order placed on this site ships directly from the GDI factory to your address with original packaging, serial numbers, registered warranty cards, and full manufacturer support.

Warranty pass-through
Every sauna sold through PureHeat Saunas carries the full Golden Designs limited manufacturer warranty:
- Wood structure: 5 years residential use
- Heating elements: 5 years residential use
- Electronics and controls: 5 years residential use
- Radio and accessories: 1 year
Warranty is registered to the original purchaser at the shipping address on the order. Claims are filed through PureHeat customer service at support@pureheatsaunas.store or 719-412-7967; we coordinate with GDI on your behalf.
Verify our authorization
Customers, payment processors, and platform compliance teams can verify our dealer status through these channels:

- Verify PureHeat Saunas, LLC with the Colorado Secretary of State business search: coloradosos.gov
- EIN 42-2627555 is on file with the IRS; CP-575 confirmation letter available on request to compliance contacts
What we are not
To be clear about our business model:
- We are not a manufacturer. We do not assemble, modify, or warrant the saunas ourselves.
- We are not a marketplace. Every product listing on this site is sold and fulfilled by PureHeat Saunas, LLC directly from the GDI factory.
- We are not a public showroom. Our Colorado Springs address is a registered business mailing address. In-person consultations are by appointment only.
- We are not affiliated with, owned by, or operating on behalf of Golden Designs Inc. We are an independent retailer with a contractual dealer relationship.
Brand and trademark notice
Maxxus, Dynamic Saunas, Golden Designs, PureTech, and all associated product model names and logos are trademarks of Golden Designs, Inc., used with permission for the purpose of identifying products we are authorized to sell. PureHeat Saunas, LLC makes no claim to ownership of these marks.
