This sauna is built for outdoor use and carries warranty terms specific to outdoor installation. Coverage generally includes:
- Limited coverage on heating elements and electronics (residential)
- Limited coverage on the wood structure (residential)
- Limited coverage for commercial use
Covers parts only; labor is not included. Continental US and Canada, original purchaser, original install site. Not transferable. Modifications, paint or lacquer, defaced serial numbers, or non-approved repairs void coverage. Surface cracks from natural wood expansion are not defects.

Do I need a permit?
Most plug-and-play indoor saunas don't require a permit. Hardwired 240V installations and outdoor saunas may require electrical or building permits depending on your municipality, check with your local code office before installing.
How long does a sauna last?
With routine care, a quality sauna lasts 15-25 years. Heater elements are the most common service item, replaceable for $200-$600 when they eventually need it. Wood stays beautiful with occasional sanding or oil.
What's the difference between infrared and traditional?
