Covered by the factory warranty, not the return policy.
The 30-day window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on any sauna you have not started assembling. Once assembly begins, the sauna counts as used and is no longer returnable. If you are unsure a model is right for your space, measure first or run it through Will It Fit before you build it.
Arrived damaged? That is on us.
If your sauna shows up damaged, we replace it, with no restocking fee. Photograph the damage, note it on the freight bill of lading when it is delivered, and email us within 7 days. We file the freight claim and keep you out of it.
Changed your mind
If you simply change your mind and the sauna is unassembled and in its original packaging, you can return it. A few things to know up front:
- You cover return freight, typically $400 to $700 for a palletized item
- A 20% restocking fee applies, which is standard for freight goods
- Your refund is issued within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the return
Defective after you have assembled it
Manufacturing defects found after assembly are handled through the factory warranty rather than a return. We manage those claims with the manufacturer for you, so you are not the one chasing parts. See the warranty page for what is covered.

We reply within one business day
You get a return authorization and freight pickup instructions.
Ship it back
Once we receive and inspect it, your refund goes out within 14 days.
