Find It Lower? We'll Match It.
We work hard to give you the best price on every sauna we sell. If you find an identical sauna at a lower advertised price from an authorized dealer, we'll match it. Simple as that.
What qualifies
- Identical sauna (same brand, same model, same configuration)
- Sold by another authorized dealer of the same manufacturer
- In stock and available to ship to a US address
- Listed at a publicly verifiable price (not a member-only or quote-based price)
What doesn't qualify
- Unauthorized resellers, marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart third-party), or auction sites
- Refurbished, open-box, used, or floor-model units
- Manufacturer direct prices that exclude shipping when our price includes free shipping
- Promo prices that have expired or weren't honored at the competitor's checkout
- Pricing errors or misprints
- Sales tax differences (we can't match tax, that's set by your state)
How to request a price match
- Find it lower. Get the competitor's product page URL with their lower price visible.
- Email us. Send the link to support@pureheatsaunas.store with the subject "Price Match Request."
- We verify within 1 business day. If it qualifies, we send you a discount code or apply the new price to your order.
- Order at the matched price. Place your order using the code, or if you've already ordered, we refund the difference.
What about after I buy?
If you find a lower advertised price from a qualifying dealer within 14 days of purchase, we'll refund the difference. Send us the link with proof of price and we'll handle the refund within 5 business days.
Why we do this
Premium saunas are a major investment. You deserve to know you got a fair price. Our pricing is competitive every day, we don't play games with phantom MSRPs. If a competitor undercuts us on the same product, we'd rather match the price and keep your business than make you wonder if you should have shopped around.
