The rules, both sides
Qualifies
- The identical sauna: same brand, model, and configuration
- Sold by another authorized dealer of the same manufacturer
- In stock and shippable to a US address
- A publicly listed price anyone can see, not member-only or quote-based
Does not qualify
- Unauthorized resellers, third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart), and auction sites
- Refurbished, open-box, used, or floor-model units
- A manufacturer-direct price that leaves out shipping when ours includes it free
- Expired promos, or prices the competitor will not actually honor
- Obvious pricing errors or misprints
- Sales tax, which your state sets, not us

Email it to us
Send the link to info@pureheatsaunas.store with the subject Price Match Request.
We verify within one business day
If it qualifies, we send a code or apply the price to your order.
Order at the matched price
Already ordered? We refund the difference instead.
Already bought from us?
If you find a lower advertised price from a qualifying dealer within 14 days of your purchase, send us the link and we will refund the difference, usually within 5 business days.
Why we bother
A sauna is a major purchase and you deserve to know you paid a fair price. Our pricing is competitive every day, and we do not lean on inflated list prices to make a discount look bigger than it is. If another authorized dealer genuinely beats us on the same sauna, we would rather match it and keep your business than have you wonder whether you should have shopped around.
