Every Golden Designs, Dynamic, and Maxxus sauna we sell is governed by manufacturer minimum advertised pricing. That means no authorized dealer should be lower than us. If one is, send us the listing and we will match the price before you check out.
How a price match works.
Three steps. Owner answers personally. Most requests are decided within one business day.

We verify
We confirm the competitor is an authorized dealer for the same brand, the same model and configuration, and that the price is currently live and in stock.

We match and invoice
If everything checks out, we email you a checkout link at the matched price. Free curbside freight to the lower 48 still included.
What qualifies.
- Same brand and model. Identical SKU from Golden Designs, Dynamic, or Maxxus. Same wood, heater configuration, and accessories.
- Authorized dealer only. The competitor must be approved to sell the brand. Manufacturer dealer locators are the source of truth.
- In stock and live. The advertised price has to be available for purchase right now, not a closeout, not a draft listing, not a removed page.
- Apples to apples on freight. If their price excludes freight and ours includes it, we match the total delivered price.
What we cannot match.
- Marketplace resellers, auction sites, and unauthorized third-party sellers
- Pricing errors and typos publicly acknowledged by the competitor
- Bundle promotions, coupon stacks, gift cards, and rebates
- Closeouts, floor models, open-box, scratch-and-dent, and refurbished units
- Member-only or loyalty-program pricing not available to the general public
- Anything sold below the manufacturer minimum advertised price (we report these to the brand)

How long do I have to ask for a match?
Before you check out. We do not match after the order ships. If you spot a lower authorized-dealer price within 14 days of your order date and before delivery, contact us and we will review case by case.
Do you match Amazon, eBay, or Walmart listings?
Only if the seller on those marketplaces is the brand's own authorized dealer or the manufacturer's official storefront. Random third-party sellers do not qualify, because we cannot verify they are sourcing the product through the proper warranty channel.
Why do most authorized dealers show the same price?
Golden Designs, Dynamic, and Maxxus enforce a minimum advertised price (MAP) across their dealer network. Authorized dealers cannot advertise below MAP without losing dealer status. That is why our pricing matches the rest of the authorized network. A lower advertised price almost always means the seller is unauthorized or is breaking MAP, in which case the brand's warranty may not apply.
Can I combine a price match with Affirm financing or HSA/FSA?
Yes. Once the matched price is set, you can pay with Shop Pay, Affirm, a credit card, or your HSA/FSA card with a Letter of Medical Necessity. Financing and payment terms work the same as any other order.
What if the price drops on PureHeat after I order?
If we publicly lower the price on the same SKU within 14 days of your order and before delivery, email us and we will refund the difference.
